When leasing your property to us, you have guaranteed income for the duration of the lease. No headaches with tenants that are not paying on time, and no worries about a tenant losing their job. You will receive a stress free, guaranteed rent check every single month.

NO COSTLY TENANT TURNOVER

When the time comes to find a new tenant after your current tenant moves out, it becomes very costly: 


1. Deep cleaning and re-painting 

2. Listing fee / Realtor Commission

Not a problem when you rent with us - little to no turnover!


LESS WEAR & TEAR

Your property will be cleaned by our cleaning staff multiple times a week. Our maintenance team does routine checks for preventative fixes and upkeep on any wear and tear. Our staff will ensure 

the property is always in A+ condition for our guests and for you at the end of our lease term!

MULTIPLE UNITS? NO PROBLEM

We sign 12+ month leases and multiple units at a time, if applicable. This saves you the time and money of finding a different tenant for each unit. You can have peace of mind dealing with one 

tenant (us), versus a variety of tenants. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please reach us at support@lavishlilacgroup.com if you cannot find an answer to your question below. 

1. We sign a lease with you under our LLC. 

2. We pay you regular monthly rent. 

3. We provide premium accommodations to our vetted guests coming into town.

4. We take proper care of your unit throughout the lease term including professional cleaning and light maintenance.

5. We return your unit in A+ condition at the end of our lease term, if we do not re-sign for another year!


Once we get a reservation request, an email is then sent to our guests, which requires them to verify their identification and submit their info for a criminal background check. 


Once completed, the full report is sent back to us, where our compliance team reviews the results and makes a decision in accordance with our screening policy. If the guest passes, they must sign our rental agreement for the duration of their stay. 


No worries! We take great care of all our properties like they are our own. We do regular maintenance and check-in's on properties to ensure no damage. 


If anything gets damaged, we will cover the costs by replacing it with the exact match, or an comparable replacement as agreed upon by both parties. 


To ensure the safety of the property, we use smart electronic locks and Ring doorbell cameras on the outside of the property.
